With Hong Kong entering a new era of pet-friendly catering, restaurants welcoming dogs are expected to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, customer experience and regulatory compliance.

SGS, in collaboration with the IBH Pet Industry Development Standing Committee and veterinary group Pet Space,  launched the QPP-F&B Pet-friendly restaurant e-training program. It is designed to equip restaurant owners, managers and frontline staff with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to operate a safe, compliant and professionally managed pet-friendly restaurant. Upon completion of the course, a certificate will be issued by the organizer.

·       Development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
