Online Training Course: Hong Kong food labelling requirement
The Centre for Food Safety (CFS), under the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD), is the food authority in Hong Kong for food safety. It enforces all food safety regulations, including food labelling regulations. CFS attaches great importance to food labelling. Therefore, before exporting to or selling prepackaged food in Hong Kong, ensuring that the food labels comply with Hong Kong regulations, can reduce the risk of recalls or legal action due to incorrect food label.
