Microbial Content for Diaper Products
A diaper product is expected to keep contact with skin for long period of time when it is used. A good hygiene quality of diapers shall be maintained at production. This test examines the hygiene quality of a diaper product in terms of microbiological content.

To evaluate the microbiological quality of the product, a number of test standards are applicable.
GB/T 28004.1-2021: Applicable to Baby disposable pants, Baby disposable nappies & Baby disposable pad
GB/T 28004.2-2021: Applicable to Adult disposable pants, disposable nappies, and disposable pad
EuP Ch. 2.6.12 & Ch. 2.6.13: Data reporting
USP <61>, <62>: Data reporting
How long will the test take?
It takes 7-10 working days for a regular service.
How many samples should be submitted for the test?
Please submit at least 12 unopened pieces in finished packaging for one test.
