Service Scope
The impact of technology on the products consumers use in their home cannot be overestimated. For products with external components, for example: radio with an antenna, consumers will expect them to withstand all manner of knocks, bumps, drops and scrapes as it accompanies you through your daily life.
In the European Union, IEC 62368-1 deals with the safety of electrical and electronic equipment within the field of audio, video, information and communication technology, and business and office machines with a rated voltage not exceeding 600 V.
This test targets towards the end piece of a telescoping or radio antenna, ensuring it does not detach easily in accordance with government, industry or company standard.

Remarks
Only applicable test items will be conducted on selected product nature and destination market. A detailed test item list will be included in order confirmation email upon order purchase.
Turnaround time (TAT) and service price are subjected to the content specified in the service scope and feature. Failure to provide test-ready samples or application documents would cause a longer period of TAT. TAT is subjected to the successful receipt of all necessary ready-for-testing samples and other materials (if any).
