Undoubtedly, it’s easy to find the news about pets were injured during grooming service, and also wrong pet grooming services were provided.
Pet Grooming Services are not monitored by any laws and regulations in Hong Kong. In order to standardize the service quality and enhance the service level, SGS is now offering Pet Grooming Quality Excellence Certification Program.
The shop can grant the “Pet Grooming Quality Excellence Certificate” if their service quality complied with SGS audit standard which stipulated good quality in various aspects. The Certificate can help to:
- Systemizing the quality and service policy
- Ensure that the SOPs are complied and effective
- Ensure the service quality meets the Customer’s expectations
- Show the shop’s service commitments to public
- Enhance the image of the corporate
- Become more competitive in the market place
- Gain trust from customers
The Certificate can also guide the customers in the choice of the pet grooming service provider.
