EUDR is officially in effect – is your business prepared?

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is now in force, with enforcement for medium and large enterprises on 30 December 2025, and on 30 December 2026 for micro and small enterprises. This landmark regulation requires organizations to prove that their products do not contribute to deforestation or forest degradation — a critical step in protecting global biodiversity and combating climate change.

Why it matters to your organization

If your business trades or sources commodities such as wood, rubber, coffee, cocoa, soy, palm oil, or cattle — or products derived from them — you are directly impacted by EUDR. Non-compliance could result in:

  • Restricted access to the EU market
  • Legal and reputational risks
  • Increased scrutiny of your supply chain

To help you navigate these new requirements, we are hosting a comprehensive EUDR Workshop.
